Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking a SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Lead to drive design, configuration, and delivery of compensation solutions across global instances. You will align with global strategies and local regulatory requirements while leading end-to-end implementation.

The role requires 8+ years in HR tech with SAP SF Compensation and Variable Pay, plus proven leadership in large, multi-entity programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR technology with SAP SF Compensation & Variable Pay.
• Proven experience as a Compensation Lead on global HR transformation programs.
• Experience with multi-instance SAP SF compensation landscapes and multiple currencies.
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay required.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay across multiple instances.
• Define global compensation templates, plans, and workflows with regional variations.
• Drive harmonization of compensation across clusters and ensure governance.
• Deliver variable pay programs and integrate with Performance & Goals Management.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with local labor laws and pay equity.
