Job summary

ROLLING ARRAYS CONSULTING PTE.LTD. seeks an experienced HRIS Consultant to lead end-to-end HRIS module delivery and mentor junior team members.

You will run requirements workshops, design solutions, and manage client engagements, ensuring quality through SIT/UAT and rigorous reviews.

The role requires 4–7 years in HRIS with deep module expertise and SAP SuccessFactors certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 4–7 years of HRIS experience with at least 3 full-cycle implementations.
• Deep expertise in HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll etc).
• SAP SuccessFactors certification required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops and design functional HRIS solutions.
• Configure HRIS modules ensuring best practices and optimization.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and advise on project risks.
• Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables.
• Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project.
