re-zoo-me in Singapore seeks a senior SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay Lead to drive end-to-end design, configuration, and delivery of compensation solutions across a global enterprise with multiple legal entities and currencies.

You will own the end-to-end delivery of Compensation and Variable Pay modules, ensuring alignment with global strategies, local regulations, and evolving business needs while partnering with HR, Finance, and IT to implement scalable, auditable processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR technology with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.
• Proven experience as a Compensation Lead or Senior Consultant on large-scale, global HR transformation programs.
• Experience handling multi-instance SAP SF compensation landscapes and global organizations with multiple legal entities, currencies.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver compensation and variable pay solutions across global SF instances.
• Define global templates, plans, and workflows with regional variations including prorations and payout calendars.
• Harmonize compensation across clusters and establish governance for configuration and release cycles.
• Lead workshops with HR, Total Rewards, Finance, and IT across regions.
• Align compensation design with performance management and payroll integration.
