Job summary

re-zoo-me is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant to lead implementations in Singapore. You will work with client HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective SF solutions and manage module configurations, testing, rollout and post‑go‑live support.

You'll collaborate with regional COE and delivery teams, provide guidance, and participate in pre‑sales activities where relevant.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Experience working directly with Singapore clients / Singapore-based HR stakeholders is highly preferred.
• Strong hands-on functional and/or techno-functional experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Certification in at least 2 SuccessFactors modules.
• Strong skills in business requirements analysis, solution design, testing and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects for Singapore clients with HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, translate them into SuccessFactors solutions, and support design and implementation.
• Own assigned SuccessFactors modules across the project lifecycle: configuration, testing, deployment, rollout and post-implementation support.
• Act as trusted advisor to client HR teams, providing functional guidance throughout implementation.
• Collaborate with regional teams and COE on project delivery, knowledge sharing and improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with technical and functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution.
• Support user acceptance testing, training and change activities as required.
• Contribute to solution development and pre-sales activities where relevant.
