Job summary

Avensys Consulting is seeking a dynamic SF Compensation & Variable Pay Lead to design, configure, and deliver compensation solutions within a global enterprise. You will drive multi-instance strategies, ensure regulatory alignment, and partner with HR, Finance, and IT across regions.

You will lead a team of consultants, translate complex compensation rules into scalable configurations, and oversee end-to-end compensation programs including bonuses, merit pay, and LTI considerations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR technology with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.
• Proven experience as a Compensation Lead or Senior Consultant on large-scale, global HR transformation programs.
• Experience with global pay structures, multi-currency compensation across regions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver SF Compensation and Variable Pay solutions across multiple instances and entities.
• Lead multi-instance strategy, harmonization, and governance for configuration management.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with HR, Total Rewards, Finance, and IT across regions.
• Lead workshops, gather requirements, and mentor a team of consultants and analysts.
