Job summary

Abeam Consulting (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to partner with clients, HR teams, and technical stakeholders on compensation solutions. You will gather requirements, design and implement, and maintain Compensation and Variable Pay modules.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Compensation experience, a related certification, and a willingness to extend expertise to additional SuccessFactors modules within a consulting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Business/HR is required.
• At least 5 years hands-on experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
• SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Compensation or related module is required.
• Experience in pre-sales demonstrations and proposal support is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and deliver additional SuccessFactors modules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant, partnering with clients and HR teams.
• Gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, support implementation and testing.
• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
• Customize templates, budgets, eligibility rules, and worksheets.
• Support SAP HCM and SuccessFactors integrations for seamless data flow.
• Conduct testing, UAT support, and user training; prepare documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and new capabilities.
• Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors releases and best practices.
• Work across Agile project delivery, support, and enhancement initiatives.

About the Team

The Enterprise Transformation (EX) team is the current SAP Partner of the Year for Singapore and also SAP’s Regional Strategic Partner. The EX team is continuously looking to build its capabilities and competencies in line with SAP’s regional strategy and in working with our clients both old and new on their transformation journey.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as an SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant, partnering with clients, HR teams, and technical stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, design solutions, support implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules, including merit, bonus, stock, and compensation planning processes.
• Customize compensation templates, eligibility rules, budgets, guidelines, and worksheets based on business needs.
• Support SAP HCM and SuccessFactors integrations to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
• Conduct system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and user training.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, and user guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements and system enhancements.
• Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors releases and recommend best practices and new capabilities.
• Work across project implementation, support, and enhancement initiatives within Agile delivery environments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Compensation in a consulting environment.
• Strong techno‑functional expertise with proven experience collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to deliver successful solutions.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification in Compensation or a related SuccessFactors module is required.
• Solid understanding of business analysis, solution design, testing, system architecture, and technical solution delivery.
• Experience in pre‑sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal support, is an advantage.
• Demonstrated willingness and capability to learn, support, and deliver additional SuccessFactors modules.
