Job summary

This senior mandate requires a proven track record of new-logo acquisition, C-suite engagement, and leading enterprise technology and transformation deals. You will build and lead a sales team, shape strategy, and partner with presales, delivery, and technology teams to deliver high-value client solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise technology sales, business development or commercial leadership experience.
• Experience selling Data, AI, analytics, cloud transformation, digital transformation, or technology consulting.
• Strong track record of originating and closing new enterprise business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for Singapore and ASEAN markets.
• Originate and win new enterprise clients across banking, financial services, insurance and other major industries.
• Build and manage a pipeline for Data, AI, analytics, cloud and digital-transformation opportunities.
• Establish relationships with C-suite executives, business leaders, technology leaders and data stakeholders.
• Lead complex sales cycles from opportunity identification to contract closure.
• Work with presales, solution architecture, delivery and technology teams to create viable client solutions.
• Sell a mix of consulting, services, technology solutions and managed services.
• Build, coach and lead a high-performing sales and account-management team.
• Establish forecasting, pipeline governance, pricing, margins and account planning processes.
• Develop strategic partnerships with cloud, data and technology-platform providers.
• Strengthen existing relationships while pursuing new-logo acquisitions.
• Provide market intelligence on customer priorities, competitors and regional opportunities.
• Contribute to revenue growth and organisational development.
