Job summary

LUMBERG ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics professional to raise purchase orders, manage delivery schedules, and arrange shipments and invoicing for customers.

You will update consignees on shipment status, coordinate with freight forwarders for import/export clearance, and source cost-efficient freight, handling markets including China, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Korea, Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end logistics processes, from PO to delivery.
• Knowledge of SAP modules used in logistics and procurement.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across regions.

Responsibilities

• Raise purchase orders to suppliers and follow up on delivery schedules.
• Process customer sales orders, arrange shipments and invoicing.
• Update shipment status to consignees.
• Communicate with freight forwarders and courier companies for clearance, pickup and delivery of import/export shipments.
• Coordinate with store for confirmed customer orders.
• Source for best freight and transport rates.
• Handle markets including China, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Korea, Australia and New Zealand.
