Job summary

Prosben Group Pte. Ltd is seeking an International Sales Coordinator based in Singapore's Central Region. You will support the sales team to expand our global reach, manage orders, and coordinate with production, finance, and logistics.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required due to need to engage with stakeholders in China Market.
• Fresh graduates will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Handle orders, including PO confirmation and order entry.
• Prepare sales documents such as Proforma Invoice and Commercial Invoice.
• Follow up on order progress, including production, shipment, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain and update customer records and sales data.
• Coordinate with factory, production planning, and finance departments on order progress.
• Assist in accounts receivable reconciliation and shipment verification.
• Support month-end closing and reporting.
• Perform document filing and data organization.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
