The role requires strong financial judgment, advanced analytics, and resilience in high-pressure monthly payroll cycles.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in sales compensation operations, finance governance, audit, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead global sales compensation governance and monthly payroll cycles.
Oversee compensation modeling, stress testing, and payout calculations.
Sign off on audit and SOX controls for commission processing.
Evaluate large payments, non-standard payouts, and executive incentives.
Collaborate with Payroll, Legal, People Partners, and Compliance on controls and disputes.
Translate complex payout rules into clear explanations for stakeholders.
