Job summary

Datadog seeks a seasoned Global Safety & Security leader to manage day-to-day regional operations across APAC, with occasional travel to Sydney or Singapore.

You will develop safety programs, oversee investigations, crisis management, and partner with Office Ops, Real Estate, IT, Legal, Events and People to align security initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experienced in managing safety and security operations in a large, global organization.
• Proven ability to build and scale security programs across regions.
• Strong incident response and crisis management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day global safety and security operations for APAC offices.
• Provide ad-hoc coverage for EMEA and AMER as needed.
• Oversee investigations, health and safety compliance, risk management, travel safety, event security, budgeting, crisis management, emergency response, and security system management.
• Develop regional policies, safety protocols, and liaise with local law enforcement.
• Collaborate with Office Operations, Real Estate, IT, Legal, Events and People; ensure training on emergency plans.
• Execute daily operations and strategic initiatives for workplace safety, contract security personnel management, and incident response.
• Identify long-term organizational needs; develop strategic plans and secure resources.
• Provide leadership briefings on corrective actions and urgency.
• Facilitate tabletop exercises for regional offices.
