Job summary

Datadog is seeking an experienced leader to manage global safety and security operations across APAC, with potential coverage in EMEA and AMER. You will develop programs, oversee investigations, and drive crisis management, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure safety across Datadog offices and co-working spaces.

The role requires strong executive communication, program development skills, and a track record of scaling security programs in fast-paced tech environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of corporate physical security and safety experience in a global environment.
• 5+ years as a full-time people manager is essential.
• Experience building and scaling regional/global safety programs in APAC.
• Strong ability to brief executives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day global safety and security operations for APAC regional offices.
• Oversee investigations, health and safety compliance, risk management, travel safety, and crisis management.
• Manage budgeting, emergency response, and security system administration.
• Develop regional policies, safety protocols, and liaison with local authorities.
• Collaborate with Office Ops, Real Estate, IT, Legal, and People teams; ensure training on emergency plans.
• Plan tabletop exercises and strategic initiatives; secure resources and executive alignment.
