Job summary

Datadog is seeking an experienced Senior Partner Manager to build and accelerate growth with APAC security channel partners. You will own top partner relationships, drive revenue, and position Datadog as the observability and cloud security platform of choice for install bases and contracts.

The role requires 5+ years in partner-facing roles, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to recruit and onboard new security partners, coordinate launches, and lead quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years partner-facing, quota-carrying in cyber security or cloud security SaaS.
• Proven ability to drive deals from lead to closure and negotiate agreements.
• Experience with hyperscalers and cloud partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own the top cloud security focused channel partner relationships.
• Drive new and expansion revenue through strategic partners.
• Recruit and onboard new security partners aligned to Datadog’s profile.
• Oversee Partner Agreement processes and collaborate with Datadog legal when needed.
• Work with partners on joint solution and services offerings.
• Enable partners through training, planning and joint selling activities.
