Stripe is seeking a Senior Markets Program Manager in Singapore to lead end-to-end programs for new APAC markets, coordinating across Risk, Ops, Product, Eng, and Strategy. You’ll define readiness, manage milestones, and build scalable frameworks in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment.
You will work with global teams, influence senior stakeholders, and apply AI tools to accelerate work streams while contributing to a growing market expansion portfolio.
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.
The Risk Program Management Office is a unique role that sits at the intersection of Operations, Go To Market (GTM), and Risk Compliance teams. Our mission is to enable users to seamlessly meet evolving compliance standards in a complex regulatory environment by bringing the right set of cross-functional stakeholders to enable their success. As an enablement function, we work with many teams including Operations, Product, Eng, GTM, and others.
We are expanding our scope into one of Stripe’s most consequential strategic priorities and launching in new markets. This work is new, fast-moving, and high-ambiguity — and we’re looking for someone who thrives in exactly that environment. If you enjoy working on high-impact projects on a global scale, building programs from the ground up, and operating at the intersection of compliance, strategy, and execution — you’ll love this role.
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
