Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Singapore to lead and optimise global reverse logistics, RMA workflows, and related supply chain processes. You will standardise operations, improve transparency, and enhance cross-region collaboration to ensure compliant, efficient activities in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will manage end-to-end RMA/VR processes, warehouse operations, and stakeholder collaboration across teams including logistics, procurement, quality and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in supply chain, logistics, and/or commercial field or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in supply chain operations or related process management in a global environment and hyperscalers.
• At least 3 years of working experience in Reverse Logistics, especially in decommissioning and RMA related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RMA and VR processes across IDCs, ensuring seamless workflow and operational efficiency.
• Manage warehouse day-to-day activities including inbound, outbound, RMA, transfers, and stock takes.
• Lead self-warranty, retrofit, refurbishment and reverse logistics processes.
• Influence hardware replacement cadence and launch insights for Data Centers.
• Drive standardisation and documentation to improve transparency, compliance, and repeatability of supply chain operations.
