Job summary

Lam Research Singapore seeks a People Manager to lead the Major Module Remote Factory operations, focusing on consignment inventory and sellback processes to support on-plan Finished Goods delivery. You’ll partner with Strategic Commodity Managers, Supply Business Managers, and warehouse teams to align forecasts, planning, and KPIs with the Annual Operating Plan.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Engineering; 8+ years in Warehouse Operations, Logistics or Supply Chain Management with consignment inventory experience.
Proven track record in material sellback/reverse logistics programs.
Experience with WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Manhattan).
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Oversee lifecycle of consigned inventory and supplier-owned stock.
Perform cycle counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
Lead material consumption reporting for real-time visibility to stakeholders.
Drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and optimize costs.
Manage full sellback lifecycle: reports, return authorizations, reverse logistics, credits.
Ensure Finished Goods delivered per plan and coordinate cross-functional stand-ups to preempt supply chain risks.
