Job summary

CREW by HRNet in Singapore seeks an experienced operations leader to drive daily manufacturing, warehouse and logistics activities, ensuring on-time material flow, MRB disposition and strong KPI performance.

You will collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Production and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues, lead CI initiatives and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or related discipline.
• At least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics or operations management.
• Minimum 3 years of people-management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in electronics, EMS, semiconductor, server manufacturing, high-tech manufacturing or data centre-related environments is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse operations, material management and production support.
• Experience with ERP / MRP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing, warehouse and logistics operations to achieve production, quality and delivery targets.
• Oversee material flow, inventory control, warehouse activities and movement of materials within the manufacturing facility.
• Manage the Material Review Board (MRB) process and ensure timely disposition of non-conforming materials.
• Work closely with Quality, Engineering, Production and Supply Chain teams to resolve material, production and operational issues.
• Monitor operational KPIs covering productivity, inventory accuracy, quality and delivery performance.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to address recurring operational issues.
• Ensure materials are delivered to production on time and finished goods are shipped according to customer requirements.
• Lead, coach and develop operations teams, including manpower planning, performance management and team development.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, cost and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements, company policies and internal controls.
