Dyson seeks a Senior Global Retail Training and Development Manager to shape the worldwide retail capability and customer experience. You will drive a global training strategy, elevate service mindset, and strengthenStore Leader coaching across markets.

With eight+ years in retail ops or learning, you will influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across markets to deliver measurable business impact through scalable learning and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least eight years in retail operations, learning and development, or capability roles within a large multi-market organisation.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into scalable programmes and measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management with credibility to influence senior leaders.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience designing soft skills and behavioural development programmes for frontline teams.
• Coaching and facilitation capability across small and large groups, in person and virtual.
• Commercially minded and data-led, using insights to prioritise investment and impact.
• Highly organised with strong programme and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the global strategy for Retail Capability and Customer Experience, translating priorities into ambitious objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Influence and align market leadership behind a common vision, balancing global standards with local needs.
• Shape future capability priorities through ongoing market engagement and removal of adoption barriers.
• Advise Global Retail leadership on capability, customer experience, and frontline effectiveness with data-backed decisions.
• Set the global training strategy, governance, and standards for brand-led capability building.
• Define scalable train-the-trainer frameworks enabling markets to execute consistently.
