Qualifications

• 8+ years of financial regulatory experience in financial services, FinTech, payments, brokerage or similar.
• Led at least 1 end-to-end licence application and participated in 2+ licence applications.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven ability to engage directly with regulators and manage external advisers.
• Ability to translate regulatory pathways into practical timelines, resources and market-entry plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead licensing feasibility and regulatory pathway strategy across new jurisdictions.
• Own and coordinate end-to-end licence applications and prepare application packs.
• Lead meetings and correspondence with financial regulators and build regulatory relationships.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate changes into market-entry implications.
• Act as Program Owner for regulatory market entry across jurisdictions, coordinating cross-functional teams.
