Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs - Greater Asia based in Singapore, reporting to Global Head of Regulatory Affairs in the US, focusing on a broad portfolio of ingredients across Asia. You will lead regulatory strategy, intelligence and market access with significant autonomy and cross-functional interaction.

You are a seasoned regulatory professional with 10+ years in relevant industries, capable of shaping strategies, managing multi-country regulatory matters and advising senior stakeholders

Qualifications

• 10+ years of regulatory experience in food ingredients or related industries.
• Degree in Food Science, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry or Law.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks across Southeast/Northeast Asia.
• Ability to translate regulations into practical business guidance and drive strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own regulatory strategy and execution across markets in Southeast and Northeast Asia.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, R&D, Tech and Quality teams to enable growth.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate into actionable insights.
• Build relationships with authorities and industry groups to influence policy.
