Job summary

Easiertrades Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Legal Counsel to back the Group General Counsel in regulatory licensing and general commercial matters. The role involves hands‑on work, drafting policy documents, and coordinating with external law firms and regulators across time zones.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of fintech or financial services experience, a JD/LLB, and strong stakeholder management skills for Compliance, Partnerships, Sales, and Business teams. Singapore location.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in fintech, payments, or financial services law.
• Experience with regulatory licensing across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong drafting of governance documents, memoranda, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Support the Group General Counsel on global regulatory licensing matters (Singapore, US, HK, AU).
• Provide broad general counsel support across corporate, commercial, disputes, and compliance.
• Manage external counsel relationships and draft policy/governance documents.
• Act as trusted advisor to Compliance, Partnerships, Sales, and Business teams.
