You will work at the intersection of policy, regulation, and product design, coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Public Policy, and Operations to ensure defensible, compliant policies and swift escalation on high-risk cases.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Trust & Safety, Public Policy, Law, Academia, Technology or related field in a high-growth environment.
• 2+ years of people management experience with diverse APAC teams.
• Deep APAC market understanding across regulatory landscapes.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex, high-risk topics for executives.
• Experience collaborating with product, legal, and operations teams.
• Comfort with data-informed policy development and analysis.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a regional policy team across Asia Pacific.
• Own regionally harmonized product policy positions balancing global consistency with local requirements.
• Provide regional input to global policy decisions as part of the Global Policy leadership team.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Global Public Policy, Product, Operations, and Communications.
• Serve as escalation point for high-risk and emergency content safety cases.
