Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 10+ years recruiting professionals with cross-border Asia experience.
• Executive search background with exposure to Asia and international markets.
• Sourcing beyond LinkedIn and online platforms for candidates and market intel.
• Proficient in MS Office apps including Excel, Teams and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal English for client engagement.

Aufgaben

• Identify and develop candidate and client lists across asset classes for India market.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to drive business development via meetings, calls, and video conferences.
• Qualify and engage candidates through in-person, phone, and video interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients for smooth processes.
• Collaborate with APAC and EMEA teams to share strategies and insights.
• Gather market intelligence in India recruitment with internal teams.
• Provide strategic consulting in recruitment, including talent planning, retention, and market mapping.
