Job summary

Cognition Singapore is seeking a highly organized HR and Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting and people operations across our international markets. Based in Singapore, you will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and People Ops teams globally to deliver a consistent, high‑quality candidate and employee experience.

You will coordinate interviews across APAC, Japan and MENA, manage ATS data, assist onboarding and offboarding, and help scale our global HR workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related discipline required.
• 1–3 years of recruiting coordination and operations experience.
• Experience supporting multiple regions or across time zones is highly desirable.
• Proficient with ATS/HRIS platforms and data management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across APAC, Japan and MENA with multiple time zones.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates in international markets and ensure quality experience.
• Support onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle updates across regions.
• Help standardise HR workflows and report on international hiring metrics.
