Job summary

Mistral is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team. You will coordinate interviews across global time zones, manage recruitment processes, and ensure interactions reflect a high standard of care for candidates and hiring teams.You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline workflows, maintain ATS data quality, support employer branding, and drive scalable recruiting operations as Mistral grows.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination or similar HR roles.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with multiple priorities.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and ATS systems like Greenhouse or Ashby.
• Proactive, solution-oriented with focus on process improvement.
• Collaborative style and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across global teams and time zones.
• Own candidate experience initiatives with feedback surveys and insights.
• Maintain job postings, pipelines, and ATS data accuracy.
• Support employer branding through LinkedIn campaigns and recruitment content.
• Manage the employee referral program, tracking and recognition.
• Improve recruiting processes by documenting best practices and tooling.
• Lead or contribute to talent operations projects to improve efficiency.
