Responsibilities

• Manage interview logistics across formats (video, phone, in-person) with precision and efficiency.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, virtually and in-person.
• Use ATS, scheduling tools, dashboards, and trackers to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• Communicate clearly and transparently with candidates, recruiters, and stakeholders.
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to streamline processes and drive improvements.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and support program initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members on shared tasks and challenges.
