Responsibilities

• Coordinate departmental meetings and dedicated programs, including agenda planning, materials preparation, on-site coordination, and post-meeting follow-up, to ensure efficient execution and delivery.
• Regularly collect and track project progress, produce weekly/monthly reports, identify risks and issues, align with management on overall project status, and drive timely resolution and closure.
• Document lessons learned and best practices, optimize project management processes, and continuously improve the department's project management capabilities.
