Job summary

GMP Technologies seeks a Global Quality POC for Thermal Cooling Solutions to lead quality initiatives across manufacturing sites and communicate with CSP customers. You will drive root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and standardize processes to ISO 9001 across multiple sites in Taiwan, Vietnam, and Singapore.

The role requires expatriate readiness, travel up to nine months a year, and fluency in English and Mandarin to support global customers and diverse manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related fields preferred.
• Proven experience in quality engineering, particularly in manufacturing and design quality.
• 10+ years in quality roles, including 5+ years in a customer-facing quality or leadership position.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with quality tools and standards, including 8D, QC 7 Tools, FMEA, MSA, APQP, ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese, as the role works daily with global customers and with manufacturing sites in Taiwan and Vietnam; able to handle senior customer stakeholders with confidence.
• Willingness to travel and be expatriate to Taiwan or Vietnam up to 9 months a year.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact on quality issues, complaints, audits and reporting.
• Coordinate quality communication and issue handling across CSP's manufacturing sites.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions (8D, FMEA) to timely closure.
• Lead customer quality reviews and deploy customer-specific requirements to all sites.
• Partner with R&D on design quality and NPI readiness (DFMEA, APQP, PPAP).
• Standardize quality processes and KPIs across sites in line with ISO 9001.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives for thermal cooling products and coach site quality teams.
