Global Quality Health Safety and Environment Generalist Administrator

Location: Singapore, SG

This role reports to the Marine Investigation and Training department of QSSE APAC.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Organizing and arrangement of meetings with key stakeholders
  • Compilation and distribution of materials for meetings
  • Preparation of Investigation/ Terminals & Inland/ Cargo entity weekly / monthly reports and KPI
  • Trainings, workshops & seminars
  • Travel arrangements, including business visa applications (when required)

Support in data management of:

  • Investigation, audits and training records, feedbacks and lessons learnt
  • Contractor list by working with various local agency offices (APAC), and review as required

Monitor action plans and follow-ups derived from investigations and audits; Manage scheduling of assets and requirements to facilitate training needs; Provide support for some transversal tasks & maritime related projects when required
