Job summary

JS Food Resources is seeking a seasoned operations leader to drive company growth, optimize the supply chain, and mentor diverse teams in Singapore. You will report on operational and financial performance to company directors and shape scalable processes across the business.

The role requires 5+ years of management experience in food resources or supply chain, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong English and Chinese communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience, preferably in food resources or supply chain.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate with diverse clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and resource allocation to achieve business growth objectives.
• Manage supply chain, procurement, and vendor relationships to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to support scalable business development.
• Mentor and manage team members to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Report operational and financial performance insights directly to company directors.
