Job summary

Schroders in Singapore is seeking a Proposition Marketing Executive to join our CapitaGreen office. You will develop and deliver marketing campaigns, create proposition-led content, and support regional and global initiatives within a dynamic, collaborative team.

Working with Marketing, Client Group, Product Strategy and Investment teams, you will translate complex investment priorities into clear materials and assets, driving client engagement and business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a marketing role within asset management or financial services.
• Experience supporting campaigns, content, and asset creation.
• Understanding of investment products and markets.
• Strong writing and communication; ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Excellent organizational and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Support global and multi-regional marketing campaigns.
• Apply proposition messaging across assets for clarity and impact.
• Execute campaigns end-to-end; coordinate with agencies for assets.
• Collaborate with Client Group, Product Strategy and Investment teams.
• Work with regional teams to ensure consistent delivery.
• Maintain live proposition and campaign assets; update content.
• Promote use of Seismic as the sales enablement platform.
• Ensure governance and compliance across outputs.
