Job summary

Schroders in Singapore is seeking a Proposition Marketing Executive to drive global and multi-regional campaigns, develop compelling content and support sales enablement.

You will translate investment priorities into clear marketing material, work with Client Group, Product Strategy and Investment teams, and maintain live assets with governance and compliance. This role offers exposure to a global asset management business and collaboration across regional teams within Marketing.

Qualifications

• Experience in a marketing role, preferably within asset management or financial services.
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns, content development and campaign asset creation across multiple marketing channels.
• Understanding of investment products, asset classes and/or financial markets, with a willingness to develop deeper expertise.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear and engaging content.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Good stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work with colleagues across different functions and levels of seniority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver global and multi-regional marketing campaigns and initiatives aligned to agreed business priorities and brand objectives.
• Apply proposition messaging across campaign assets, ensuring content is clear, compelling and client-focused.
• Execute campaigns end-to-end; coordinate with agencies for paid media assets across key activation channels.
• Work with Client Group, Product Strategy and Investment teams to gather insights and develop marketing materials.
• Collaborate with Campaign Performance Team to support measurement, reporting and optimisation with a data-led approach.
• Maintain consistency with regional teams while reflecting local market requirements.
• Own and contribute to the creation of campaign toolkits and sales enablement materials.
• Be responsible for production and maintenance of live assets, including updates, version control and archiving.
• Support the adoption of Seismic as the sales enablement platform and ensure materials are up to date.
