Job summary

Neste in Singapore is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead cost estimating, scheduling, and information management for investment projects. You will head a multidisciplinary team and report to the Manager, Project Controls and Support, ensuring accurate status and forecasts.

You will work closely with investment project delivery teams, apply SAP knowledge, and leverage BI tools such as Power BI to deliver robust project controls, governance, and reporting across project phases.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience (>10 years) within Project Controls and Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of governance, process improvements, data architecture, and reporting.
• Proven change management and influencing skills.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI) for reporting and dashboards.
• Masters/Bachelora0in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or similar; certifications (PMP, CCP) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the integrated master control schedule and cost estimate for the entire project.
• Challenge and validate contractor cost estimates and schedules.
• Prepare estimates for activities beyond contractor scope and allocate contingency.
• Develop owner project control plan and reporting processes.
• Ensure data management and reporting meet project needs.
• Coordinate cost and schedule risk analyses with Risk & Assurance Manager.
• Oversee change management plan and contract change orders.
