Job summary

Neste, based in Tuas South Singapore, is seeking a seasoned Planning Manager to lead the schedule development and control for EPC, EPCM and major investment projects. You will coordinate with investment project delivery and portfolio management to ensure aligned, data-driven schedules.

You will implement global PC standards, drive maturity, and work closely with Major Investment Projects and discipline leads to deliver on time and within scope. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• >6 years experience in Project Controls / project planning.
• Experience managing planning for major capital projects.
• Experience with EPC/EPCM and capital delivery.
• Fluent English communication skills (multilingual a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning process for investment projects and communicate schedule status to PM and portfolio teams.
• Drive improvements in systems, processes, and technologies for Project Controls maturity.
• Coordinate planning development and adoption with Major Investment Projects and discipline leads.
• Implement global PC standards for cost, schedule, change management and data integrity.
