Job summary

Direct Search Asia Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to lead project controls functions for major industrial EPC projects in Singapore. The successful candidate will ensure effective project governance across various functions including cost control, scheduling, and risk management.

The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate closely with stakeholders while delivering successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Project Controls teams on industrial EPC projects of over USD 100 million.
• Strong hands-on experience in Cost Control, Planning & Scheduling, Change Control, and Risk Management.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Project Controls team including Cost Engineers and Planning Engineers.
• Manage project cost control, financial forecasting, and reporting.
• Oversee project schedules and ensure accurate tracking of performance.
• Manage project change control processes and evaluate changes.
