Job summary

Fu Yu Corp Singapore is seeking a Program Engineer to support the execution and coordination of customer programs from initiation through mass production. You will work closely with the Program Manager to manage timelines, deliverables, and cross‑functional activities across regional sites.

You will track program status, facilitate reviews, and help drive risk management, tooling, NPI, and production ramp‑up while ensuring alignment with customer requirements and internal processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Materials or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in program coordination or manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience in precision engineering and tooling.
• Experience with NPI, tooling, sample builds, validation, ramp-up.
• Cross-functional experience with Eng, Quality, Ops, Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Manager in managing customer programs from award through mass production.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and tracking.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, dependencies; follow up actions.
• Coordinate workloads across programs and cross-functional teams.
• Engage with customers in meetings and reviews; track deliverables.
• Coordinate regional activities across Singapore, Malaysia and China.
• Track costs, quotes, scope changes; report KPIs and status.
• Support continuous improvement and risk management.
