Tencent Cloud's WorkBuddy Enterprise team seeks a Product Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and commercial effectiveness for the agent product portfolio across APAC and international markets.

You will manage cost and resource operations, pricing and quotations, growth analytics, and compliance, coordinating with engineering, finance, product and regional teams to scale delivery and margin while ensuring regulatory alignment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business/ops/CS or equivalent with 4+ years in enterprise ops.
• Experience with cost analysis, budgeting, and resource planning for cloud/SaaS products.
• Familiarity with cloud compliance, data protection, and regional certifications in APAC.
• Experience in pricing operations, quotations, and commercial modeling.
• English and Chinese proficiency for cross-regional coordination.
