Job summary

Tencent is seeking a Product Operations Manager for WorkBuddy Enterprise to drive operational excellence and pricing effectiveness across APAC and international markets.

The role covers cost optimization, quotation operations, and data-driven growth initiatives, while ensuring compliance with global standards and regional regulations. Strong English and Chinese language skills are required to collaborate with regional teams and China headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Operations, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 4+ years of product operations, commercial operations, or business operations in enterprise tech/cloud/SaaS.
• Experience with cost analysis or budgeting for technology products.
• Familiarity with cloud/enterprise compliance and regional certification processes (APAC).
• Experience in pricing operations, quotations, and discount analysis.
• Proficient in English and Chinese for regional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage product cost and resource operations, monitoring utilization and unit economics.
• Execute pricing and quotation operations with accurate, timely quotations.
• Drive growth operations by analyzing adoption, retention, and revenue trends.
• Oversee compliance operations for regional markets, including data residency and security standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows across regional teams, HQ product, and R&D for scalable execution.
