Job summary

Tencent is seeking a Product Operations Manager for WorkBuddy Enterprise to drive cost efficiency and commercial effectiveness across APAC and international markets. You will manage pricing operations, growth enablement, and regulatory compliance to ensure scalable delivery and sustained growth.

The role requires a BA/BS plus 4+ years in product or business operations within enterprise tech or SaaS, with fluency in English and Chinese to support regional and China HQ collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Operations, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical skills to assess pricing performance, discount patterns, and revenue impact.
• Familiarity with compliance operations for cloud services or enterprise software, including data protection regulations and cybersecurity requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive product cost and resource operations across APAC and international markets, coordinating with engineering and finance.
• Execute pricing and quotation operations, maintain pricing frameworks, and support sales with accurate quotations.
• Analyze customer adoption, retention, and revenue trends to identify growth levers and scale product usage.
• Oversee regional compliance operations, including regulatory filings, data residency tracking, and security standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows across regional teams, productHQ, and R&D for scalable processes.
