Hytech is seeking a Product Director, Risk & Compliance to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of product features that satisfy country-specific regulatory requirements and risk controls. You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Design, and Engineering to translate complex requirements into clear product capabilities and user experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership of complex products or programmes in regulated industries.
• Demonstrated experience translating regulatory requirements into product features and delivering them across multiple markets.
• Experience defining product strategy, owning roadmaps, and leading cross-functional delivery.
• Strong understanding of how regulatory requirements and risk controls affect product design and customer journeys.
• Ability to work effectively with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Design, and Engineering stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and sound judgment when balancing regulatory needs, business impact, and technical constraints.
• Ability to communicate complex requirements clearly and influence senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese to lead product discussions and coordinate delivery with English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for risk and compliance capabilities across multiple markets.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to translate regulatory requirements and control objectives into product features, business rules, and user journeys.
• Identify gaps in existing products and prioritise capabilities required for market entry and ongoing operations.
• Establish a scalable product approach that supports country-specific requirements while maintaining a consistent customer experience.
• Lead product discovery, prioritisation, and delivery, ensuring clear specifications, acceptance criteria, and ownership.
• Align stakeholders on priorities, resources, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Work with Engineering and Design to resolve product trade-offs and deliver effective solutions.
• Coordinate validation with Legal, Compliance, and Risk before launch.
• Assess the product impact of regulatory changes and oversee the resulting updates.
• Define success metrics and monitor product adoption, control effectiveness, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Set standards for product execution and mentor product team members.
