Job summary

Hytech in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Product Compliance professional to support our global financial products and trading businesses. You will partner with Product, Trading, Risk and Legal teams to implement practical regulatory solutions and enable product launches.

The role focuses on advisory across financial trading, derivatives, digital assets, and cross-border regulatory requirements, with a strong emphasis on English and Chinese communication to engage regional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or Business.
• Minimum 5 years of product compliance experience.
• Experience with FX, derivatives, or digital assets.
• Knowledge of Singapore/HK financial regulations.
• Strong English and Chinese communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day compliance advisory to Product and Business teams across financial trading, brokerage, derivatives and digital asset products.
• Conduct regulatory assessments for new product launches, product enhancements, trading features and business initiatives.
• Work closely with Product Managers to understand product structures, trading mechanisms and customer journeys, identifying regulatory risks.
• Develop practical, business-oriented compliance solutions to enable product innovation while meeting regulatory requirements.
• Support product approval processes, regulatory gap assessments and implementation of compliance controls throughout the product lifecycle.
• Partner with regional Compliance, Legal, Risk and Operations teams to address cross-border product compliance requirements.
