Job summary

Ocean Network Express is seeking a role-focused candidate to support Space Control projects by documenting business requirements and coordinating improvements. You will work with Product Owners and Technical Architects to manage enhancements and ensure alignment with business needs across regions.

The position involves leading process analysis, design, and governance activities, driving standardization, and monitoring performance to realize DX-driven efficiency gains.

Responsibilities

• Support Chorus projects related to Space Control by registering all necessary business requirements into development items.
• Study improvement ideas with business users and manage SR/CR of system enhancements with Product Owner and Technical Architect.
• Manage multiple Space Control projects to accelerate standardization and deliver DX-related yields (e.g., BEAR, SNOW, Account Plan).
• Implement ongoing process review to align Space Control with business requirements.
• Collaborate with Regional BPM/BPIT teams to share information and drive cross-location process improvements.

• Manage various projects within the process of “Space Control” to accelerate the process standardization and materialize the yield management DX plan ( - e.g., BEAR, SNOW, Account Plan, etc.).
• Implement the overall process review so that the process of “Space Control” could be fully aligned with the business requirements.
• Collaborate and communicate with the Regional BPM/BPIT teams as if a bridge beyond locations for info sharing, any process improvement activities, etc.
