Job summary

CULines International Shipping Agency Co. seeks a Manager, Business Process to identify, document, improve, and monitor end-to-end processes aligned with strategic goals. You will collaborate with stakeholders to standardize SOPs, optimize workflows, and drive efficiency across functions.

Lead process governance, KPIs, and Power BI dashboards while partnering with IT to deliver automation and digital transformation. Strong BPM, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant BPM/Continuous Improvement experience in container shipping or liner industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for multicultural, cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to lead initiatives from concept to execution.
• Strong analytical capabilities with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Experience mapping processes, identifying gaps, and implementing automation strategies.
• Experience partnering with Technology to translate business requirements into implementable solutions.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or PMP/Prince skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and standardize end-to-end business processes across functions.
• Analyse workflows to identify gaps, bottlenecks, redundancies, and automation potential.
• Lead development and implementation of process improvement strategies to cut costs and improve service reliability.
• Drive digital transformation with IT to align systems with optimized processes.
• Establish and manage a global BPM governance framework with clear ownership and roles.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive SOP and policy repository with up-to-date guides.
• Design and monitor KPIs; prepare performance reports and dashboards (Power BI).
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Finance and IT to gather requirements and secure buy-in.
• Lead change management, training, and communications for new processes and technologies.
• Provide post-implementation support and evaluate automation solutions like RPA.
