Job summary

Advanced CAE Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Analyzer Engineer to provide hands-on testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance support for Process Analyzer Systems.

You will work across in-house testing, FAT, SAT, commissioning and preventive maintenance, supporting customers in refinery, petrochemical and power industries with strong exposure in Singapore and overseas projects.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience with Process Analyzers / Analytical Instrumentation in refinery, petrochemical or power environments.
  • Hands-on experience in FAT, SAT, commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop FAT procedures for Process Analyzer Systems based on project specs.
  • Perform in-house testing, FAT, SAT, commissioning and start-up of analyzer systems.
  • Troubleshoot analyzer systems and provide technical support to Field Service Engineers.
  • Work with suppliers and OEMs to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, shutdown servicing and customer support for analytical systems.
  • Prepare accurate test, commissioning and service reports and maintain documentation.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams on project and maintenance activities.
  • Support technical training and development of new engineers and technicians.
  • Contribute to safety, testing standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support overseas commissioning and maintenance assignments when required.
