Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a service-focused engineer to prepare quotes for services and replacement parts based on customer inquiries, and to perform on-site maintenance for water and gas quality analyzers, CEMS, and AQMS.

You will also support FAT/SAT activities and advise clients on the best fixes while ensuring safety and SOP compliance. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field, and Mandarin proficiency to liaise with Mandarin-speaking

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering / technical field.
Successful candidate must be able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin Speaking clients.
Candidate with no experience but are willing to work onsite and have an interest in building a career in the service field are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Create quotes for services and replacement parts based on customer inquiries.
Carrying out maintenance duties such as internal repairs and on-site commissioning for different water and gas quality analyzers, CEMS, and AQMS.
Troubleshooting analyzer and offering clients advice on the best fixes in compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures
Establishing and preserving trusting connections with clients and offering first-rate assistance.
Communicate with clients to resolve any service issues and offer solutions for technical issues.
Assist the project team in conducting the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and the Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
Finding possible ways to acquire additional contracts for preventative and maintenance Train distributors and end users on the product.
