Job summary

Advanced CAE Pte Ltd is seeking a Lead Engineer in Singapore to drive engineering projects for process analyzer system integration. Based in Bukit Batok East West Region, this full-time role offers opportunities to lead multidisciplinary teams and contribute to strategic growth in the Engineering Science sector.

You will oversee design, costing, and implementation of analyzer systems, sample handling components, and racks/cabinets.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering.
Preferably 5+ years experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical industries with good understanding of analytical products.
Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

Work with project managers to break down high-level requirements into actionable tasks and provide estimates.
Lead team within territory, manage workload, coach and mentor staff.
Lead design and costing on Analyzer System and related components.
Implement engineering processes, standards, tools, policies and documentation.
Source and evaluate new products such as analyzers and sample system components.
Support international projects across offices as required.
Maintain confidentiality of information classified as Confidential.
Develop engineering and project teams into proficient individuals and leaders.
Ensure proper generation, collection, storage and disposition of information.
Maintain integrity of engineering documentation archives per Company procedures.
Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned.
