Qualifications

• 5+ years in Trust & Safety, Content Policy, or related field in a high-growth tech environment.
• 4+ years of people management leading globally distributed teams.
• Policy operationalization: translate nuanced policy principles into actionable guidance.
• Strong data-driven analytical experience in QA, audit, or compliance at scale.
• Comfort collaborating with ML/AI engineering teams on automated enforcement workflows.

Responsibilities

• Global Team Leadership: build, lead, and develop a high-performing globally distributed team.
• High-Quality Labeling & Evaluation: oversee production of labeled datasets for policy performance.
• Policy Guidance: maintain internal policy guidance aligning policy across methods.
• Cross-Method Consistency Oversight: evaluate policy application across human/machine workflows.
• Structured Feedback for Policy Development: identify ambiguities and provide policy drafting input.
• Business Partnership: advise on policy approach for monetized products and strategy.
