Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Data Science, CS, IT, Communications).
• 3+ years in AI data operation, ML for content quality or analytics roles.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality content benchmarking across BPO teams and support onboarding/training of new BPO teams.
• Handle content labeling for queues, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to teams.
• Train models on large labeled datasets, improve model accuracy, and prepare data for training.
• Analyze moderation and labeling data to derive trends for impact analysis and planning.
• Maintain quality artifacts for content moderation and drive continuous improvements.
