Job summary

Micron Technology Singapore is seeking a Global Planning Strategic Program Engineer to drive FrontEnd Planning Transformative Initiatives and BI process improvements. You will collaborate with Global and FrontEnd teams in Asia and the USA to deploy standardized planning systems and data governance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience, strong planning system knowledge, and project management abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 4 years of experience.
• Fab Planning knowledge and familiarity with planning systems.
• Proven project management skills to meet objectives and timelines.
• Excellent communication, and independent work capabilities.
• AI experience is advantageous, including generative AI familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Understand the planning system and ensure successful implementation across the network.
• Analyze current business processes and propose improvements.
• Identify opportunities for automation and systematization.
• Standardize best practices and implement planning systems (Fazer, Tools List Web, PDM).
• Govern planning input data across the planning network (Loading, Capacity Model).
• Collaborate with partners and teams to deploy systems and processes.
