Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Global Planning Strategic Program Engineer to drive FrontEnd Planning Transformative Initiative and Business Process Improvement.

You will collaborate with Global and FrontEnd HVM teams in Asia and the USA to deliver standards and automation. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years’ experience, strong project management, and deep knowledge of planning systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 4 years of experience.
• Experience with Fab Planning or manufacturing planning processes is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects and meet objectives and timelines.
• Familiarity with AI agents, generative AI technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand the planning system and ensure successful implementation within Micron’s network.
• Understand current business processes and generate improvement proposals.
• Identify opportunities for automation and systemization.
• Standardize best practices and implement planning systems (e.g., Fazer, Tools List Web, PDM).
• Establish planning input data governance across the network (Loading, Capacity Model).
• Collaborate with SMAI, Global and Sites Planning, Layout, and other teams to deploy system changes.
